This is a reliable and economical nine liter oxygen concentrator that produces pure medical oxygen from the surrounding air. With low operating noise and high performance, this model is ideal for use in home or medical settings, as well as for long-term oxygen therapy.
How a hub works:
InvacarePlatinum9 oxygen concentrator produces oxygen using "molecular gas separation" using the adsorption process. Atmospheric air enters the apparatus, is filtered and, under pressure, is passed through molecular sieves-adsorbents that absorb nitrogen and impurities contained in it. As a result, the output is a finished product with an oxygen concentration within 87 – 95.6 percent, which is sent to an oxygen reservoir and then delivered to the patient through a nasal cannula.
Scope:
The Platinum 9 concentrator is recommended for use at home or in clinical settings to obtain oxygen from atmospheric air during oxygen therapy sessions. Effectively compensates for oxygen deficiency in patients with various respiratory disorders, helps prevent the development of hypoxia and eliminates its manifestations, improving the patient's quality of life. It can be used for long-term oxygen therapy (from 15 hours / day) and for emergency medical care.
Oxygen analyzer Invacare Check O2 - a measuring device showing all the operating parameters necessary when checking the concentrator. This efficient and economical instrument convinces from a technical point of view: it measures oxygen concentration, oxygen supply flow rate and patient outlet pressure at any oxygen concentrator. The instrument does not require routine calibration. There is also no fuel cell to replace. Invacare Check O2 - it's three analyzers in one!
FEATURES:
• oxygen concentration in the finished product 87 – 95.6% at a flow rate of 0.5-9 L/min
• the compressor of the device is capable of operating for 5 years or 40,000 working hours without the need for maintenance.
• impact-resistant housing made of fireproof materials.
• alarm and shutdown of the compressor in case of excessively low pressure, overheating, power failure or overvoltage in the network. Low oxygen alarm.
• the built-in humidification system avoids possible overdrying of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract during the procedure.
• non-deformable nasal cannula (2.1 m) allows the patient to move freely during the oxygen therapy procedure.
• manual settingflow rates according to individual patient needs.
• duration of continuous operation of the concentrator – from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• the operating hours counter shows the total time during which the machine was in operation.
• high mobility – thanks to wheels and a convenient handle, it can be easily moved from place to place if necessary.
• serviced once a year, during maintenance it is required to replace the fine and coarse filter – you can do it yourself.
• the device can be equipped with the InvacareHomeFillII station, which fills portable cylinders (mobile use).
• power consumption – no more than 460 watts.
• low level of working noise – 46 dB.
Emergency protection systems:
• turns off the device in case of overvoltage or provides a protective current shutdown;
• turns off the compressor when overheated;
• has an alarm and turns off the compressor in case of excess pressure;
• has an alarm and turns off the compressor at reduced pressure;
• signals a low level of oxygen consumption;
• indicates a power failure in the network.
