Invacare Softform Premier Active 2 is packed with great features to offer a dynamic therapeutic support surface with additional pressure distribution. It comes with an Active 2 RX control box to provide optimal user support at the push of a button with airbags. These air chambers work together with a clinically proven mattress interface to help prevent bedsores.

The static surface of the Softform Premier Active 2 RX can be easily "expanded" with the help of a new control unit, it additionally helps in the treatment of severe pressure ulcers.

This mattress combines pressure redistribution properties with mattress surface cells and air chambers that can be inflated as needed to provide active therapy. This design provides the patient with constant support with high quality mattress material, regardless of whether the control unit (powering the air chambers) is on or off. High quality polyurethane foam ensures effective pressure redistribution and ensures comfort at all times. The operating mode and cycle time can be easily adjusted using a digital compressor. The elastic cover does not create wrinkles under the patient and stretches evenly over the entire mattress.
