Individual orthopedic insole Memopur black
Memopur black – individual orthopedic insole for intensive loads with increased moisture-wicking effect. It is made of innovative material MEMOPUR – fine structured polyurethane. Due to its properties and unpretentiousness in processing, this material is excellent for orthopedic insoles. Thanks to the open micropores of the special Sahara Skin coating and the MEMOPUR base material, the insole has a high moisture absorption and provides a good microclimate in the shoe. To fix the foot in an anatomically correct position and for optimal distribution of pressure throughout the foot, there is a special thermoplastic frame inside the insole with an unloading zone in the heel area. The necessary support for the transverse and longitudinal arch of the foot is provided by pronounced pads.
Advanced insole technology allows the insole to be molded to the foot according to the individual needs of the patient. The innovative materials used at the same time allow the specialist to make the most comfortable and functional insole, which will not only provide reliable support for the foot, but also bring pleasure in everyday use.
The manufacturing process for customized Spannrit Memopur black orthopedic insoles includes:
1. Clinical examination and determination of needs, individual characteristics of the client's feet.
2. Plantography, analysis of the placement of zones of overloads of the foot, the degree of deformation of the arches of the foot, which allows you to more accurately eliminate the problem in the manufacture of insoles.
3. After heat treatment, the blank is modeled taking into account the individual characteristics of the client's foot.

Usage
Individual insoles are placed in shoes so that the heel of the arch support rests against the back of the shoe, and the position of the inserts coincides with the anatomical arches of the foot. After 8-10 months of operation (depending on body weight and walking intensity), the arch supports lose their properties and should be replaced with new ones.
